What does Bah Humbug smell like?
As you MIGHT be able to guess, this one smells like peppermint. But like sweet peppermint. You know, like the humbug sweets I guess? It actually makes me rather peckish. Which is an issue considering I'm writing this in a unit with LOTS of snacks present.
I'm trying to be better with the whole "binge eating" thing. I think it's a dopamine issue if I'm honest. Like my base levels must be really low so I'm constantly craving a quick fix to bring the levels up as fast as possible - even if they'll crash MUCH quicker from snacking. I should just stick to long term dopamine increasers like exercise, or crafting and other cool stuff. But life is hard.
